Refund policy
All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once an order is placed, we ARE NOT able to honor CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS.

Teasers Boutique will no longer accept exchanges. If there are any manufacturer issues with an item(s), contact us at teasersboutique@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your package(s). If the request is made after 48 hours of the delivery date, the request will NOT be honored.
Teasers Boutique has the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that it determines does not meet its requirements. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags attached. Teasers Boutique is not able to accept exchanges on sale items, swimwear/bodysuits, white items, loungewear, t-shirts, or accessories.
All custom orders/made by order items are NON-Refundable/NON-Exchangeable.
Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and the consumer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise. After Teasers Boutique has received your package, we will contact you within 24-48 to confirm all details and have the exchange item(s) shipped to you.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Store Pickup
Items must be picked up within 7 business days after order have been placed ready for pickup. Items not picked up within 7 business days time will be restocked and NO refunds will be issued. You must have your order number, ID and credit card used for your order.
